My first time going because it was highly recommend. I'm from Wisconsin. It's actually a food truck. You order at the truck then get your food and can sit inside or outside on the patio. Place looks clean. Food: Pork belly and rice: pork was fresh but nothing fancy. Its deep fried and comes hot and crisp. The stick rice is im a sandwich bag like they serve at Hmong parties. The side of pepper was good but a little on the sweet side. Spicy though. Kapong: above average because it comes with tons of veggies, cabbage, chicken and quail eggs! Broth was little on the sweet side. It was creamy. Papaya: little sweeter than I like it. Cute little place and seems to be popular.

I can only comment on the food since I GrubHub'd this order. However, everything was delicious! The sticky rice didn't really have any flavor to it, but the few times I have had sticky rice it's been like that so not docking points. Lol. We got the khao poon, khao poon tso, chicken and sticky rice, eggrolls, and a spring roll. The peanut sauce was unbelievably perfectly balanced between spicy and sweet. By far my favorite peanut sauce! The chili and sweet sauce were both spicy, but delicious! Definitely give them a try!

Me and my lady rolled up to Malee’s Kitchen and right away we saw two experienced eaters like ourselves with tray fulls of food walking to their car. That got us hyped We ordered the Nab Vam (rainbow jelly drink), egg rolls with peanut sauce and sweet and sour, we also got the pork belly plate with sticky rice and chili sauce. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and we felt like we had gotten a good amount of food. I made a TikTok and got some mixed reactions on “authenticity.” Personally, I believe popular ethnic restaurants often meld together broader cultural foods to make dishes that are approachable and drive customer visits. I actually appreciate that — and what stood out even more was how they took the time to educate us on what we were eating and how to pronounce it, so we could order with more confidence next time. I didn’t ask about vegetarian options since I don’t have any dietary restrictions, but I did notice the people in front of us asked for a few ingredients to be omitted from their egg rolls. That makes me think they’re flexible, and honestly, most ethnic cuisines already have a natural ability to adapt dishes to vegetarian because of cultural cooking practices that grew out of limited access to animal protein. When I went up to compliment them, the lady working the truck was funny, genuine, and cracking jokes, she told me she’d see us for dinner because we’d be craving it later . That kind of hospitality goes a long way. Most importantly, the place was extremely clean. No sticky tables, no food on the ground, just a great setup with good music and a relaxed vibe. Overall, it was an awesome experience and definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.

Never disappoints. Although I feel the pork belly could be less dry, flavor is on point. Beef tendon soup is on go to whenever I do get food from there. Price is fair in my opinion. Being in the food industry myself, I understand very well. Pepper sauce is great, perfect amount of spice. Great spot with indoor and outdoor seating.

I’ve ordered from here about four times now, and I’ve tried a wide range of items, including the pork belly, egg rolls, Hmong sausage, kao poon, papaya salad, and naam vaj. Overall, I would rate the food a 7.5 out of 10, which is why I continue to come back. The flavors are consistently good, and the quality is above average. One thing to note is that the pork belly slices can sometimes be cut a bit too thin, which makes them feel less juicy than I prefer. That said, the flavor and overall texture are still on point. The one area that could use improvement is the portion size. If the servings were slightly larger (20-25% more), I would feel more satisfied given the price. After ordering multiple dishes, the total does add up quickly, even considering inflation. The standout item for me was the naam vaj. It’s possible that my cravings for it those days influenced my judgment, but it was still very flavorful and refreshing. It leaned slightly on the sweeter side, and if the sweetness were toned down just a bit, it would easily be a 10 out of 10. As it stands, I’d give it a solid 9 out of 10.

I came here planning to do takeout, but decided to sit outdoors in the evening with the misters on. It wasn’t too hot, and it actually felt really nice outside. I’ve tried the chicken wings with sticky rice before, and they were delicious the flavors were spot on, the dipping sauce was really tasty, and the sticky rice was cooked perfectly. The location is super convenient, right next to a gas station, and they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The music adds a cool, relaxed vibe, and it’s a comfortable spot to just kick back and enjoy a meal. So far, I definitely recommend the chicken wings with sticky rice, and the overall experience here is chill and enjoyable.

First time stopping by, overall a solid experience. There’s plenty of seating both outdoors and indoors, which made it easy to find a spot to relax. There’s also a store right next door where you can grab drinks or extra snacks. We spent a total of $33 (including tip) for: Pork belly with sticky rice and chili sauce Sausage with sticky rice and chili sauce The chili sauce was incredibly spicy and absolutely delicious, definitely a highlight! We grabbed a drink from the store for just a buck, which was a great deal. The sausage, unfortunately, was overcooked and a bit too fried for our taste, so we wouldn’t order that again. But the pork belly was a generous portion and really tasty. Parking is fairly easy, which is always a plus.
